Refund policy

Audits, decks and other one-time items

Paid in full up front. If we can't deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund. Once delivered, they're not refundable, but if something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.

Website and app builds

Builds under $5,000 are 50% to start and 50% at launch; larger builds are billed by milestone. If you cancel before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full. After work starts, you pay for the work done to date; anything paid beyond that is refunded.

A milestone you have accepted is not refundable.

The 14-day launch guarantee

Website builds go live within 14 days of us having everything we asked for. Time spent waiting on you doesn't count. If we miss the date, your first 3 months of Care are free.

Monthly plans

Month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part months.

Credits

The Full Growth Audit and the AI Discovery Sprint are credited in full toward a build if you go ahead within the period stated on your proposal.
