How OptimizePlus actually works
No jargon, no hand-waving. Here is the real path from signing up to holding a finished deliverable, what it costs, and — just as importantly — what we do not do.

Create an account
Sign up with an email address and a password, then confirm your email. Verification is required before you can use the platform. New accounts get 10 free credits to try things with.
Run an audit
Point us at your website or your business and run an SEO audit, a Social audit, an AI Maturity audit, or the Full Business audit, which scores eight weighted pillars and returns a written action plan alongside the score.
Add credits, or start a managed package
Buy a credit pack whenever you need one — no subscription, and credits never expire. If you would rather we ran your marketing for you, a managed package is a $500 one-time setup plus a monthly retainer from $750, month to month.
Write a brief
Pick the blueprint or package you want produced, then describe what you need in your own words. Before you spend anything, you can use the free “review the detailed brief” step, which shows you the expanded prompt our system built from your description so you can correct it first.
Approve the direction
There are two approval gates before anything expensive happens. First you choose from the creative strategies we propose. Then you approve the storyboard. Nothing generates until you have signed off on both.
Generation runs
Your approved brief goes out to the AI providers that produce each part — text, images, video, voiceover, music — and comes back assembled.
Collect your deliverables
Finished work appears in your dashboard, ready to download. If a job came back wrong, every job includes one free regeneration.
What we actually do with your ads
There are two different ways to work with us, and it matters which one you are on.
On a managed package, we run it. We set up and configure your ad accounts and link them to our manager account. We do the keyword and competitor research, build the campaigns and ad groups, write the ad copy, produce the creative, and set up negative keywords, extensions and offers. We launch the campaigns, and we manage and optimize them every month. You get a monthly performance report. This work is done hands-on by our team.
Self-serve, you run it. If you are using the platform yourself rather than on a package, we produce the copy and creative and export a Google Ads Editor CSV you import into your own account. Every row in that export is delivered paused, on purpose, so nothing goes live until a person reviews it and switches it on.
Either way, you own the ad account — and you keep it, its history and its conversion data if you ever stop working with us. How the budget itself works depends on which arrangement we agree: either you fund your own account directly, or part of your monthly package fee is media we spend for you, itemized separately on your statement so you can always see what went to ads and what went to us. The full detail is in section 7 of our Terms.
One thing we will not blur: our software does not yet place ads automatically. That automation is in development. Today a person on our team does this work.
What we do, and what we don't
- Write ad copy and produce ad creative — images and video
- Run SEO, Social, AI Maturity, and Full Business audits with written action plans
- Produce blog and AEO content
- Generate video with voiceover, music, and sound effects
- Set up your ad accounts, then build, launch and manage your campaigns (managed packages)
- Export a Google Ads Editor CSV you can upload yourself (self-serve)
- Schedule social posts, when you connect a social account yourself
- Build websites as one-time, staff-assisted projects
- Automate ad placement — campaigns are built and launched by our team, by hand
- Take ownership of your ad account, ever
- Increase your ad budget without your approval
- Guarantee rankings, impressions, conversions, or revenue
- Watermark or embed provenance metadata in AI-generated deliverables
Credits and pricing
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit you spend to run something on the platform — an audit, an image, a video, a batch of ad copy. Different jobs cost different numbers of credits, and the cost is shown before you commit. Every new account starts with 10 free credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. There is no monthly reset, no use-it-or-lose-it window, and no expiry date on a credit you have already paid for.
What do credits cost?
Packs are $3 for 15 credits, $5 for 50, $20 for 200, $50 for 500, $150 for 2,000, and $300 for 5,000. Buying a larger pack lowers the per-credit price. There is no subscription attached to buying credits.
What is a managed package?
It is us running your marketing for you instead of you running it yourself. We set up and configure your ad accounts, research and build your campaigns, write the ad copy, produce the creative, launch the campaigns, and manage and optimize them every month — plus your SEO, content and a monthly performance report. Pricing is a $500 one-time setup, then $750/mo for Starter, $1,500/mo for Growth, or $2,500/mo for Scale, or a custom monthly budget with a $300/mo minimum.
Does a managed package include credits?
No, and people do assume it does, so: a package grants you zero credits. What it grants is a 10–30% discount on the credits you buy, depending on tier. Credits are for the self-serve tools you run yourself; the package fee pays for the work we do for you. You purchase credits separately.
Does my package fee include ad spend?
Usually yes, and that is the point of it. On an all-inclusive package your monthly fee is your total cost: we fund the advertising out of that fee and run it through accounts we operate, and you never get a separate bill for media on top. Because it is one price for the whole service rather than a deposit against a set amount of media, we decide how the spend is allocated across Google, Meta and other platforms each month based on what is working. If you would rather fund your own ad account and pay the platforms directly, we can work that way instead — we agree which arrangement applies before we start.
Can I cancel a managed package?
Yes, any time — packages are month to month with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You cancel it yourself from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next payment and you stay active through the end of the month you have already paid for.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We hold manager access so we can do the work. If you ever leave, you keep the account, its history and its conversion data, and we remove our access within ten business days of your asking. One honest caveat: if your campaigns ran inside an ad account we operate, some platform data — conversion history, learned bidding signals, audience lists — cannot be moved between accounts by any method Google or Meta provides. That is a platform limitation, and it is the main reason to use your own account where you can.
Do you build websites, and is that credits too?
Websites are priced separately as one-time work, not in credits: $300 for a landing page, $600 for a business site, and $1,200 for a content or e-commerce site. Fulfillment is staff-assisted rather than instant.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe's hosted checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers.
The work itself
Is the output AI-generated?
Yes. Every deliverable this platform produces is generated by AI, from the brief you write. We do not present AI output as human-authored work. There is no watermark or embedded provenance marker on the files we deliver today, so if your channel or platform requires an AI disclosure, you need to add it yourself.
What if I don't like what comes back?
Every job includes one free regeneration. If the result missed the brief, you can re-run it once at no additional credit cost. The two approval gates before generation — strategy, then storyboard — exist so that most of the correcting happens before you spend anything at all.
Who owns the output?
You do. The deliverables produced for you are yours to use. Bear in mind that AI-generated material can carry copyright questions that are still unsettled in many jurisdictions, and that the underlying AI providers each have their own terms — so if you are putting a deliverable somewhere high-stakes, treat it the way you would any other asset and have it reviewed.
Can I see the prompt before I spend credits?
Yes. The “review the detailed brief” step is free and optional. It shows you the expanded prompt built from your description before any credits are spent, so you can catch a misread instruction early.
Where do my files live?
Uploaded files, generated media, and PDF reports are stored with Hetzner Object Storage in Nuremberg, Germany. The AI providers that produce your work are mostly US-based. The full list of providers and what each receives is on our subprocessors page.
Accounts and support
Do I need to talk to a salesperson to start?
No. You can sign up, run an audit, and buy credits without speaking to anyone. Managed packages and website projects involve a conversation, because they involve us doing scoped work for you.
How do I get help?
Email us. We are a small company and we answer our own mail — there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of us.
Can your staff log in as me?
No. Our admin tools include a read-only view of a client account for support purposes. It performs no session swap and has no action controls — staff cannot take actions inside your account from it. Staff activity is separately audited.
Still have a question? We would rather answer it than have you guess.
