Subprocessors
OptimizePlus is an AI-native studio, which means the work is produced by passing your brief to third-party AI providers and returning the result. Those providers, and the other services that keep the platform running, are listed in full below.

How to read this list
Every provider on this page is live and in use today. We have deliberately not listed providers we plan to add, evaluate, or have configured but do not actually call — if it is on this page, it is running. The "what it receives" column describes what our system actually sends, not the maximum a provider's API is capable of accepting.
We do not sell client data, and we do not send client data to advertising networks or analytics providers. We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Where your files are stored
Uploaded files, generated media, and PDF audit reports are stored with Hetzner Object Storage in Nuremberg, Germany. That storage is physically located in the European Union. Our AI generation providers are predominantly US-based, so producing a deliverable involves transferring your brief and any reference material to the United States.

Data processing agreements
If your business needs a data processing agreement in place before you send us customer data, write to legal@optimizeplus.agency and we will work through it with you. We are a small company and handle these individually rather than through a self-serve portal, so please allow time for us to respond.
