I am starting a business

Get the pieces every business needs, without working out which ones they are.

You are setting something up and the admin is in the way — a name, somewhere for it to live, and a way to get paid.

Your domain name

The address people type to find you. Registered in your name, not ours — if you ever leave, it goes with you. Private registration is included, so your home address does not end up in a public directory.

From $19.99 a year

We check the name is free and register it for you. If it has gone while you were deciding, you are refunded in full and we help you pick another.

Somewhere for your website to live

Hosting with the security certificate, daily backups and — if you want it — email at your own domain. If you already have a site somewhere else, we move it across.

From $99 for twelve months

Set up by a person, usually within two business days. It does not renew itself; we contact you before it runs out.

The ability to take payments

Card and bank payments under your own business name, in person or online. Tell us about the business and we prepare the application, then come back to you with your rates before anything is signed.

Nothing to pay to apply

Approval is the processor's decision, not ours. We would rather tell you your trade is a hard one to place before you apply than after.

A logo and the rest of your brand

An identity kit you own outright — the mark, the colours, and the files you will be asked for every time someone prints or builds something for you.

Every price is on this page

You can see what a domain and a year of hosting cost before you speak to anyone. The only thing we quote is card processing, because the rate depends on the business and the processor sets it.

We do not ask for your Social Security number

Card processing needs it, and it goes straight to the processor on their own secure form. It never passes through us, and it is not stored on our systems.

The domain is yours from the first day

It is registered to you, not to the agency. That is worth checking with anyone else who offers to do this for you.

What we don't do

  • We do not form your company. Filing an LLC or a corporation, the registered agent, the EIN — that is a lawyer or a formation service, and we will point you at one rather than pretend it is ours to do.
  • We are not a bank and we do not approve anyone for card processing. We prepare the application; the processor decides. Some trades are declined routinely, lending and mortgage brokering among them, and we will say so before you apply.
  • Nothing here is instant. A person sets each of these up by hand, which is why a domain takes a day and hosting takes two rather than thirty seconds.

If any of that is what you actually need, say so on a call and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right people.
